Abstract
El objetivo principal del tema que se investiga es desarrollar un plan de exportaciA³n mediante procesos comerciales, logAsticos y financieros, demostrando el potencial que poseen los snacks elaborados a base de camote, zanahoria blanca y plAitano para ser comercializados en la ciudad de Montreal – CanadAi. Se considera importante realizar un estudio titulado “EXPORTACIA“N DE SNACKS ELABORADOS A BASE DE CAMOTE, ZANAHORIA BLANCA Y PLA TANO HACIA LA CIUDAD DE MONTREAL – CANADA †. La investigaciA³n se centra en la diversificaciA³n en el sector de alimentos procesados “snacks†, el mismo que antiguamente se veAa representado solo por chips de plAitanos, desplazando a un segundo lugar la producciA³n de otros snacks que se estAin elaborando con diferentes vegetales. La metodologAa que se considera apropiada para llevar a cabo el estudio, basado en los costos y tiempos de elaboraciA³n es la investigaciA³n exploratoria/descriptiva con un enfoque cuantitativo, se utiliza ademAis la tA©cnica de encuesta para consultar a importadores canadienses el interA©s por el producto que se plantea; por medio de la encuesta se logra determinar las cantidades que se requerirAan exportar, el tamaA±o de presentaciA³n del producto, el tA©rmino de negociaciA³n y el precio de venta de la competencia en el mercado canadiense. Los resultados de la investigaciA³n econA³mica y financiera, segAon evaluaciA³n realizada refleja un TIR del 49%, superior a la tasa de descuento esperada que es del 30% y presenta un perAodo de recuperaciA³n de la inversiA³n en un tiempo menor a 2 aA±os, estos indicadores de evaluaciA³n econA³mica permiten decidir si se acepta o no el proyecto.
