Continuing health education in the family health strategy: an analysis using Bourdieu
Bibliographic record
Abstract
ABSTRACT Objective : thinking through continuing health education (CHE) in the Family Health Strategy (FHS) from the perspective of some of Bourdieu’s concepts. Method : theoretical reflection article, which used the concepts of social space , capital , field , symbolic violence , and habitus relating them to the challenging work with CHE in the FHS. Results : educational activities tend not to develop vertically in the FHS as it happens in the continuing education model, mainly due to non-appreciation of knowledge from community health workers (CHWs). Conclusion : CHE in the FHS should, in practice, involve CHAs and users more closely in health education processes, thus providing greater accountability of the population covered and greater commitment, since these subjects cease to be objects in an action and become authors in their health education processes. Descriptors : Health Education; Family Health Strategy; Continuing Education. Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
