Abstract
The article presents the materials on the molecular-genetic identification of the causative agent of the disease on soybeans in the Amur region, as view Cercospora kikuchii. The Described biological, morphological properties and symptoms defeat of various organs of soybean pathogen. Held the evaluation of lesions of seeds Cercospora kikuchii varieties of Russian varieties and 150 varieties and accessions in the VIR collection of different origins observed that the most prevalent disease has been on the sorts of Bylina (28 %), Maleta (6,8 %), there are no signs of defeat in the varieties Rosinka, Lada and varieties from the Czech Republic, Canada, USA, Poland, Germany, Sweden, Slovakia, Austria, France, Hungary, Yugoslavia, China, Ukraine, Japan, vegetation period up to 120 days. Evaluated the effectiveness of drugs against the pathogen. The best results were observed when using drugs Maxim, Fitosporin-M, Zerebra Agro, Fertigrain Start, Fertigrain foliar.
