Abstract
Due to the boom in the liberalization of world markets, Colombia has been expanding its economic policy options so that more and more free trade agreements are signed, thus expanding a platform in which exporters can project their businesses In a larger market. But any gain, it generates a risk, and in this case the protectionist policies of Canada leave us at a disadvantage, so it does not allow us to obtain the complete facilities to handle with total freedom the commerce, this way they are involved the nontariff barriers . Based on the above, this article aims to show the types of obstacles faced by Colombian producers that export to Canada so that they take it into account and take full advantage of the entry into force of the 2015 FTA, in addition to the above, In the long term, it is possible to increase exports and obtain a positive trade balance. For this purpose this article is divided into two stages: the first one develops the theoretical framework of non-tariff barriers, and some requirements for export to Canada. In the second, an analysis is made of the obstacles to trade possessed by Colombians and, in addition, suggestions are put forward that help to avoid certain drawbacks.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
