Abstract
Le domaine de la pile au lithium est un aspect de l'électrochimie qui, depuis plusieurs années, suscite beaucoup d'intérêt. Ce travail comporte deux parties. Dans un premier temps, nous avons étudié la stabilité de l'interface lithium/électrolyte pour une application en pile primaire en collaboration avec l'Institut de Recherche d'Hydro-Québec (IREQ) et ensuite, nous avons évalué le coefficient de diffusion de l'ion lithium dans les matériaux de cathodes d'oxydes mixtes LiNi[indice inférieur 1-y]CO[indice inférieur y]O[indice inférieur 2]. Dans la première partie de ce travail, nous avons fait l'étude de la stabilité électrochimique de l'interface entre le lithium et différents électrolytes organiques. Les électrolytes binaires et ternaires composés du solvant gamma-butyrolactone ([gamma]-BL), des additifs carbonate d'éthylène et de propylène (EC et PC) et du sel tétrafluoroborate de lithium (LiBF [indice inférieur 4]) ont d'abord été étudiés et ensuite comparés avec les électrolytes binaires et ternaires composés du solvant N,N,N' ,N' -tétraéthylsulfamide (TESA), des additifs EC et PC et des sels LiBF[indice inférieur 4] et de bis(trifluorométhanesulfone) imidure de lithium (LiTFSI). La deuxième partie de ce travail consiste donc à déterminer le coefficient de diffusion de l'ion lithium dans les matériaux de cathodes d'oxydes mixtes LiNi[indice inférieur 1-y]CO[indice inférieur y]O[indice inférieur 2]."--Résumé abrégé par UMI.
