Abstract
A new cultural institution acts, since June 2007, in Forlimpopoli (a town between Bologna and Rimini, in Emilia-Romagna), Casa Artusi, by the name of Pellegrino Artusi (1820-1911), the author of the most important italian cookery book: La scienza in cucina e l’arte di mangiar bene, 1891 (Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well, New York, 1997; Toronto, 2003).The new cultural centre and, over all, the special library named Biblioteca Casa Artusi have their focus on domestic cookery. On this subject the library collects modern and ancient books, periodicals, non book materials, DVD (fiction and documentary movies) etc.An important service offered by the library is a web portal, that lists and leads in hundreds of on line resources about domestic cookery in the world. Casa Artusi organizes many events, culinary prizes, meetings, exhibitions, lectures, theatrical and musical performances, regarding the relation between food and society, food and culture, food and arts.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
