Abstract
One dimensional heterogeneous model equations are used to investigate various parameters that govern the performance of Fisher-Tropsch synthesis reactor. These parameters include H 2 and CO conversion, yield of hydrocarbons and CO 2 production during WGS reaction. Temperature and pressure along the length of fixed bed micro reactor are also calculated. MATLAB code is evaluated to simulate the fixed bed reactor for utilizing syngas as efficiently as possible. The results of this theoretical work revealed that along the length of the reactor, the concentration of CO and hydrogen is decreased from 0.29 to 0.289 and 0.70 to 0.58 respectively. In contrast, the hydrocarbons concentrations are increased along the length of the reactor. The temperature is increased from 433 to 434.6K and pressure drop increased from 17 to 17.06 bars. CO 2 is also produced during water gas shift reaction which is a byproduct of FTS process. Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
