Abstract
Resumo: Os legados olimpicos entendidos a partir da perspectiva coletiva poderiam ser considerados insumo e resultado do acumulo de capital social local, o que diretamente influenciaria a construcao de um panorama de heranca pos megaevento. Dessa forma, buscou-se na literatura internacional experiencias de outras cidades-sedes em relacao a forma como o capital social foi observado e debatido dentro da perspectiva de mudancas sociais. Analisaram-se cinco trabalhos cujos temas foram oriundos das experiencias de Turim em 2006, Pequim em 2008, Vancouver em 2010, Londres em 2012 e Sochi em 2014. Observou-se que o capital social pode indicar a intensidade e a qualidade das relacoes sociais em determinados temas, sendo crivel que seu acumulo seja um legado a ser explorado pelos paises que sediam os Jogos Olimpicos. Abstract: The Olympic legacy understood from the collective perspective could be considered product and result of the accumulation of local social capital, which directly influence the construction of a panorama of inheritance post megaevent. In this way, we sought in international literature experiences of other cities-seats in relation to how the social capital was observed and discussed within the perspective of social changes. We analyzed five papers whose topics were originated from experiences in Turin in 2006, Beijing in 2008, Vancouver in 2010, London in 2012 and Sochi in 2014. It was observed that the social capital can indicate the intensity and quality of social relations in certain topics, being credible that its accumulation is a legacy to be explored by the countries to where the Olympic Games. Se observo que el capital social puede indicar la intensidad y la calidad de las relaciones sociales en ciertos temas, ser creible que su acumulacion es un legado para ser explorado por los paises anfitriones de los Juegos Olimpicos.
