Abstract
Este trabalho tem como objetivos: a) discutir a voz infanto-juvenil, mais especificamente o trabalho com adolescentes, na fase da muda vocal; b) descrever diferentes estrategias de ensaio aplicadas ao coro infanto-juvenil; e c) refletir sobre a pratica coral infanto-juvenil enquanto atividade socio-cultural-educativa. A pesquisa, com carater qualitativo, consiste na revisao bibliografica de parte da literatura, brasileira e norte-americana, que trata dos temas em pauta, dentre as quais Bartel (2003), Schimiti (2003), Jordan (2005), Costa (2009), Leck (2009; 2012), Sobreira (2013), Cruz (2014) e Silva e Silva (2014), dentre outros. Os resultados demonstram que nao ha convergencia conceitual e metodologica entre os autores, quando, por exemplo, o tema e o trabalho com adolescente em fase de muda vocal. Por esta razao, torna-se necessario refletir mais especificamente sobre tais assuntos, na busca de estrategias propicias para o trabalho com coros infanto-juvenis.
