GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG PERAWATAN DIARE PADA ANAK BALITA DI NOGOSARI KABUPATEN BOYOLALI

Abstract
Diare adalah suatu infeksi usus yang menyebabkan keadaan feses encer dan atau berair, dengan frekuensi lebih dari 3 kali per hari dalam 24 jam, dan kadang disertai muntah. Muntah dapat berlangsung singkat, namun diare bisa berlanjut sampai sepuluh hari. Data terakhir yang diperoleh, anak yang berusia balita tersebut ditemukan prevelensi diare sebanyak 48,1%. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa ada permasalahan mendasar pada perawatan diare pada anak yang mestinya dapat ditangani oleh keluarga untuk mencegah jatuh pada kondisi dehidrasi dan akhirnya dibawa ke rumah sakit/bidan yang memerlukan biaya yang tinggi, namun data menunjukkan angka masuk rumah sakit cukup tinggi.Tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan diare pada anak usia balita di desa Mangurejo Kecamatan Nogosari Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode fenomenologi yang bersifat survey deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu di Desa Mangurejo Kecamatan Nogosari Kabupaten Boyolali dengan tehnik total sampling sebanyak 68 orang pada ibu-ibu di Mangurejo. Instrumen ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk check list. Data diolah menggunakan Metode pengolahan data dengan analisis univariat (analisis deskriptif) dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 67,6% responden memiliki pengetahuan sedang, selebihnya responden memiliki pengetahuan baik 22,1%, dan responden yang memiliki pengetahuan buruk 10,3%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan diare pada anak usia balita cukup tahu
