Abstract
บทคดยอ ทมาของปญหา : ปญหาโรคฟนผในเดกวยเรยนเปนปญหาสำคญในพนทอำเภอสองมามากกวา 10 ป ซงกลมงานทนตกรรมโรงพยาบาลสอง และโรงพยาบาลสงเสรมสขภาพตำบลเครอขาย ไดมการดำเนนงานดแลทนตสขภาพนกเรยนชนประถมศกษาตามนโยบายมาอยางตอเนองแตปญหายงไมลดลง วตถประสงค : เพอศกษาผลของการบรณาการงานสงเสรม ปองกน และรกษาทนตสขภาพนกเรยนชนประถมศกษา ในเขตพนทอำเภอสอง จงหวดแพร จำนวน 30 โรงเรยน ตงแตปการศกษา 2553 ถงปการศกษา2558 วสดและวธการ : แนวคดและ กจกรรม ทใชในการบรณาการในการศกษาประกอบดวยกระบวนการ EAP (Experiential Activity Planner), แนวคด Whole School Approach หรอการพฒนาโรงเรยนทงระบบ, กลยทธตามกฎบตรออตตาวา (Ottawa Charter) . และการพฒนาโรงเรยนตนแบบ (school model) มาใชในการพฒนางานสงเสรมทนตสขภาพซงไดแก โรงเรยนคหดำเนนงานสงเสรมทนตสขภาพ เครอขายโรงเรยนเดกไทยฟนด โรงเรยนสงเสรมสขภาพระดบทอง และโรงเรยนสงเสรมสขภาพระดบเพชร นอกจากนยงไดนำกจกรรมพฒนาคณภาพการเคลอบหลมรองฟนทงเครอขายบรการ และจดบรการ Preventive Resin Restoration ครอบคลมนกเรยนทกคนตามความจำเปน มาใชในการพฒนางานทนตกรรมปองกน ดานการรกษาเนนการมสวนรวมของทางโรงเรยน และจดบรการครอบคลมนกเรยนทกคน ผลการศกษา : พบวาโรงเรยน 18 แหง เปนสมาชกเครอขายโรงเรยนเดกไทยฟนด, โรงเรยนทง 30 แหงผานการประเมนโรงเรยนสงเสรมสขภาพระดบทอง โรงเรยน 1 แหงผานการประเมนโรงเรยนสงเสรมสขภาพระดบเพชรนกเรยนชนประถมศกษาปท 6 ปราศจากฟนแทผ เพมขนจากรอยละ 41.44 เปนรอยละ 61.40 มการแปรงฟนกอนนอนเพมขนจากรอยละ 27.20 เปนรอยละ 42.40 รบประทานลกอมลดลง แตการดมนำอดลม และขนมกรบกรอบเพมขนเลกนอย อตราการยดตดของสารเคลอบหลมรองฟนกรามแทซท 1 ของนกเรยนชนประถมศกษาปท 1 ไมตำกวารอยละ 80 มาอยางตอเนองตงแตปการศกษา 2556 สรป : ผลการบรณาการงานสงเสรม ปองกนและ รกษาทนตสขภาพของนกเรยนชนประถมศกษา ในเขตพนทอำเภอสอง จงหวดแพร ตงแตปการศกษา 2553 ถงปการศกษา 2558 ทำใหนกเรยนชนประถมศกษาปท 6 ปราศจากฟนแทผเพมขน รบประทานลกอมลดลง แตพฤตกรรมการดมนำอดลม และการรบประทานขนมกรบกรอบมแนวโนมเพมขน มการแปรงฟนกอนนอนเพมขนเพยงเลกนอย ฉะนนควรขยายงานสงเสรมทนตสขภาพลงสครอบครวและชมชนมากขน Abstract Background: High dental caries prevalence rate in primary school children has been a serious problem in Song district for over 10 years, still the problem is persisted . Objective: To assess the result of EAP (Experiential Activity Planner), Whole School Approach, Ottawa Charter and school model for oral health promotion program integration in improving the health and well-being of students and their academic achievement. Materials and method: Using EAP (Experiential Activity Planner), Whole School Approach, Ottawa Charter and school model for oral health promotion development; those are companion schools, healthy teeth school network, gold level health promoting school, and diamond level health promoting school. Using dental sealant quality improvement and providing prevention resin restoration for oral health prevention development. Emphasizing on school participation and providing dental treatment for all school children in order to develop the oral health treatment. Results: 18 out of 30 schools (60 percent) participated in the healthy teeth schools network. All schools had been achieved gold level health promotion school, a school had been achieved diamond level health promotion school. Caries free among the 6 th grade students had been increasing from 41.44percent to 61.40 percent and tooth brushing behavior before bedtime had been increasing from 27.20percent to 42.40percent continually. Whereas, candy consumption had been reduced but snack and soft drink consumption had been slightly increased. Additionally, the dental sealant retention rate on first molar teeth of the 1 st grade students has consistently been over 80% since the academic year 2013. Conclusion: The results of the integration of oral health promotion, prevention and treatment in Song district, Phrae province from the academic year 2010 to 2015. showed that Caries free among the 6 th grade students has increased as well as candy consumption has reduced. But snack and soft drink consumption behaviors tended to increase. Tooth brushing before bedtime has slightly increased. So the oral health promotion program should be extended to families and communities widely, as the suggestion.
