Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The September 11 attack on New York City to the Twin Towers and Pentagon in Washington, United States of America, was a worldwide impact event whose anticipated actions moved the entire political board, and endangered the hegemony of one of the most self-sufficient countries in the world (Barrie, 2006). The seriousness of the terrorist attacks of September 1, gave a way to a strong commitment of the United States to increase international cooperation against terrorism, and a number of measures were taken, such as: legal, military and political, which have been reinforced with the passage of time (Barrie, 2006). However, the contradictions and discrepancies in the country, has not allowed a common agreement to generate greater results in the fight against terrorism and has not been possible to reach a common strategy, which would be the only way out to end terrorism once and for all. The following research project aims to provide an analytical reading of the US national security policies are usually analyzed through realistic perspectives or by the realpolitik. On the other hand, we can show from this study, and a table of the main political ideologies in the United States, that social constructions, through these ideologies, have had a major influence in the actions and policies of American national security formulated after the attacks of the 9/11 (Barrie, 2006). From what could be observed in the accomplishment of the present work, it is concluded that in the administration of George W. Bush where the attacks of September 11 happened, in all the changes of national security that were made, social constructions and political ideologies had a significant impact (Barrie, 2006)

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
