Kinetics of simultaneous oxidation of CO‐CH4over Pd‐K promoted NiCo2O4/γ‐Al2O3catalyst
Bibliographic record
Abstract
An optimum formulation of 0.1 %Pd‐2 %K40 %NiCo2O4/Al2O3spinel catalyst was found for the total oxidation of CO‐CH4mixture at the lowest temperature of 330 °C, which has never been reported before. No reaction kinetics have been reported for simultaneous catalytic oxidation of CO‐CH4mixture in the literature. In this paper, intrinsic kinetics for oxidation of CO‐CH4mixture over the spinel catalyst were presented. The experimental data were collected in a plug flow differential reactor at steady state in the kinetic controlled regime under the following reaction conditions: catalyst weight 0.1–0.5 g, flow rate of CO and CH41.5 mL/min each in air with total flow of 100 mL/min, temperature range 318–333 K, and reactant conversion < 15 %. The experimental data collected in the regime free from heat and mass transfer limitations were fitted adequately by the power law rate model. The orders of the simultaneous oxidation reactions were found to be 1.05 and 1.12 with respect to CO and CH4in the mixture respectively. The apparent activation energies for CO and CH4oxidation were 54.6 and 26.11 kJ/mol respectively.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
