Cette recherche porte sur une étude de cas, celui d'employeurs québécois au sein de petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) en besoin de main-d'œuvre, engageant des travailleurs étrangers temporaires (TET). À l'aide de cette étude, nous cherchons à ajouter à la compréhension de la gestion de la diversité ethnoculturelle dans la PME québécoise. Nous considérons que de meilleures pratiques communicationnelles et de gestion passent par une meilleure connaissance des différences culturelles de soi et de l'autre (Demorgon, 2015). Pour accroître cette connaissance, nous analysons l'expérience vécue d'employeurs au niveau de leurs représentations, attitudes et pratiques envers les TET. Ces dernières sont éclairées au niveau des problématiques soulevées par les employeurs, à l'aide de théories portant sur la communication et les rapports interculturels. Les employeurs qui ont participé à l'étude ont été rencontrés dans le cadre d'entretiens semi-directifs évoluent dans différents secteurs (agriculture, pomiculture, transformation alimentaire et aménagement paysager) et proviennent de différentes régions du Québec (Montérégie, Lanaudière, Gaspésie et Chaudière-Appalaches). \n______________________________________________________________________________ \nMOTS-CLÉS DE L’AUTEUR : travailleurs étrangers temporaires, communication interculturelle, rapports interculturels, gestion de la diversité ethnoculturelle, PME québécoise.
