Ce colloque organise le 22 novembre 2016 a St Etienne par la Cite du design, France Living Labs et Inria s’inscrit dans le cadre des Entretiens Jacques Cartier 2016 et des 2emes Rencontres “Francophonie Living Labs” (Lyon 21/11 et St Etienne 22-23/11) et beneficie du soutien financier du projet “Francophonie Living Labs” de la commission permanente de cooperation France - Quebec (CPCFQ 65eme edition) du BEDA ( Bureau of European Design Associations) et ENoLL, le reseau europeen des Living labs. Le modele Living Lab represente une methodologie d’innovation ouverte « portee par les usagers » dont la popularite ne cesse de croitre a l’echelle internationale. S’il se distingue d’abord par la participation active des usagers tot dans le processus d’innovation et par l’experimentation en conditions realistes, il met egalement l’accent sur la creation d’un ecosysteme d’innovation fonde sur un partenariat PPP (Public-Prive-Personnes) dans le cas des projets societaux et sur le developpement de processus d’intermediation permettant de reconcilier les interets divergents de diverses parties prenantes. Les Living Labs apportent egalement de nouvelles approches de gouvernance et de gestion des projets. Mais la notion d’ecosysteme est ici centrale, puisque la creation d’une veritable dynamique d’echange entre les parties prenantes sous la forme de processus collaboratifs, mixant savoirs professionnels, savoirs militants et savoirs d’usages afin de favoriser l’emergence d’innovation, tant technologique que sociale est au cœur meme du processus. Ce colloque, d’une duree d’une journee, propose d’explorer les benefices des dispositifs d’innovation de type « Living Labs » pour les differents acteurs - chercheurs, entreprises et les collectivites afin de mieux apprehender les enjeux societaux d’aujourd’hui. Les echanges regrouperont des membres de Francophonie Living Labs de differents horizons (principalement quebecois et francais mais aussi belges, suisses et tunisiens), des entreprises/professionnels provenant de secteurs industriels varies, des collectivites et des associations representantes de la societe civile. Une formule hybride couplant temoignages d’acteurs, exposes, tables rondes et posters/reseautage est ici proposee afin de maximiser la qualite des echanges entre les participants et la mutualisation entre participants sur la base de tres nombreuses experiences concretes dans des domaines varies (sante, tourisme, energie, developpement durable, bien vieillir, bien vivre ensemble, smart cities, smart territories, etc.).
