Şizofrenili Bireylerde Aktivite Performansı, Yaşam Memnuniyeti ve Ruhsal Durum İlişkilerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Amac: Bu calisma sizofrenili bireylerde aktivite performansi ve tatmin duzeyi, yasam memnuniyeti, depresyon ve anksiyete bulgulari arasindaki iliskilerin incelenmesi amaciyla yapildi. Gerec ve Yontem: Calismaya 45’i erkek ve 36’si kadin, 81 sizofreni tanili birey dahil edildi. Aktivite performanslari ve tatmin duzeyleri Kanada Aktivite Performans Olcumu (KAPO), yasam memnuniyet duzeyleri ise Yasam Memnuniyet Anketi (YMA) ile degerlendirildi. Calgary Sizofrenide Depresyon Olcegi (CSDO) ile bireylerin depresyon bulgulari, Hamilton Anksiyete Degerlendirme Olcegi (HAM-A) ile ruhsal ve bedensel anksiyete bulgulari belirlendi. Sonuclar: Bireylerin yas ortalamasi 35,35±11,87 yil, egitim suresi ortalamasi ise 9,43±3,87 yil olarak kaydedildi. CSDO skoru ile HAM-A ruhsal (p=0,001, r=0,739) ve bedensel bulgular (p=0,001, r=0,628) arasinda pozitif yonde korelasyonlar bulundu. Yasam memnuniyeti ile anksiyetenin ruhsal (p=0,001, r=-0,561) ve bedensel belirtileri (p=0,001, r=-0,43) ayrica depresyon bulgulari (p=0,001, r=-0,92) arasinda negatif yonde iliskiler tespit edildi. Olgularin aktivite performansi ve tatmin duzeyleri ile yasam memnuniyeti, depresyon ve anksiyete bulgulari arasinda anlamli iliski bulunmadi (p>0,05). Tartisma: Calismadan elde edilen veriler isiginda bireyin yasam memnuniyeti ile ruhsal durum arsindaki iliski ortaya koyulmustur. Ergoterapi bakis acisiyla sizofrenili bireylerin ruhsal durumlarina yonelik spesifik programlar planlanirken, bireyin yasam memnuniyet duzeyinin de dikkate alinmasi degerli olacaktir. Bu bulgulara ragmen, sizofrenili bireylerin dahil edildigi daha buyuk gruplarda ileri kontrollu calismalarin yapilmasina ihtiyac vardir.
