Der folgende Aufsatz befasst sich mit Arbeits- und Zeitstudien und den ergonomischen Konsequenzen bei der Flugzeug-Enteisung. Wir haben am Flughafen Pierre Elliott Trudeau in Montréal im Zeitraum von Dezember 2016 bis März 2017 videogestützte Arbeitsstudien bei 11 Enteisern in offenen Körben vorgenommen (n = 1192 Einzelbeobachtungen, Dauer der Beobach-tungssessions 59 – 96 min). Nach einer Darstellung der Arbeitssysteme der Enteiser erfolgte eine hierarchische Aktivitätenanalyse nach der REFA-Methodik. Aus den Aktivitäten wurden Arbeitsenergieumsätze berechnet. Sie liegen – je nach Witterungsbedingungen, Flugverkehr, Arbeitsweisen der Entei-ser u.a. – zwischen 4 und 13 kJ/min. Die Wertschöpfungsbeiträge der einzelnen Aktivitäten wurden klassifiziert. Etwa ein Drittel der Enteisungsaktivitäten ist di-rekt wertschöpfend, zwei Drittel sind nur indirekt wertschöpfend oder ohne Wertschöpfung.
