Les porteurs du projet sont l'Université de Liège, représentée par Monsieur le Recteur Albert CORHAY, et l'Université du Québec en Outaouais, représentée par Monsieur le Recteur Denis HARRISSON. Les responsables académiques sont : pour l'Université de Liège, Anne-Marie ETIENNE, Professeure et Vice-Doyenne à l'Enseignement et pour l'Université du Québec en Outaouais, Stéphane BOUCHARD Professeur et Titulaire de la Chaire de Recherche du Canada en Cyberpsychologie Clinique. Dans le cadre du plan stratégique de l'Université de Liège, le projet global d'utilisation du numérique s'inscrit dans deux défis sociétaux majeurs à savoir l'éducation et le numérique, la santé et la société́. Ce projet global d'utilisation du numérique porte sur les missions d'enseignement, de recherche et de citoyenneté et il s'articule autour de l'individu, de sa communauté et de la société dans laquelle il vit. Les objectifs spécifiques de cette collaboration visent à (1) Développer des outils d'accompagnement pour la communauté universitaire, (2) Offrir des ateliers d'éveil ou d'accompagnement en complémentarité avec la communauté et (3) Assurer un mandat de veille et de partage de connaissances. Les échanges entre les deux partenaires pourront être réalisés selon différents axes à savoir la formation initiale et la formation continue; l'élaboration de projets de recherche en commun ou encore la mobilité par des échanges d'étudiants, d'enseignants, chercheurs, techniciens et experts.
