Abstract
In the work the main problems arising on the way of using foreign experience of management of state corporations in Russia are mainly considered. In this regard a main objective of the research is analyzing the features of functioning of this type of organizations in the Russian Federation as well as studying the opportunities of introducing positive experience of management of state corporations in developed countries. It should be noted that a main purpose of the authors of the article is a detailed developmental work of the questions of management of public corporations as well as introduction of modern innovative development in their daily activity and also the problems concerning the functioning of state corporations in the USA, Great Britain, and Canada etc. It is possible to allocate the analysis of organizational and legal forms of public enterprises in various countries, studying their main groups and classifications and also the features of such organizations in different states as an object of the research. The statistical data presented in national and foreign sources as well as in publications of periodicals served as information base for the analysis. Scientific novelty of the work consists in specifying the essence of state corporations, illustration of institutional bases of their functioning in modern conditions and exposure of effective mechanisms of using the institute of public corporations on this basis. Basic items of the research were introduced in practical activities and also used in educational process while carrying out a lecture, a seminar or a practical training. Theoretical conclusions are drawn on the basis of investigation, analysis and synthesis of standard, administrative and reporting information of foreign state corporations, in this regard the prerequisites to increasing the efficiency of their functioning are presented in the conclusion of the work.
