Abstract
O objetivo deste estudo é testar o modelo bidimensional – Orientação à Confiança (OConf.) e Orientação à Compreensão (OComp.) – Avaliado pela Escala Balbinotti-Cardoso de Suporte Social de Treinadores (EB-CSST-08), através dos princípios métricos das análises fatoriais e consistência interna. Participaram do estudo 572 atletas de 13 a 35 anos ( = 15,79±3,17). Os resultados das análises fatoriais exploratória (explicando cerca de 59,18% da variância total do construto) e confirmatória (GFI = 0,96; AGFI = 0,93; SRMR = 0,05; χ2/gl = 2,40; CFI = 0,93) permitem concluir que o modelo testado confirmou satisfatoriamente a existência de duas dimensões. Cálculos de consistência interna asseguraram a fidelidade do modelo testado. Palavras-chave: Validade. Confiabilidade. Liderança. Suporte Social. The aim of this study is to test the two-dimensional model – the guidance to the confidence (OConf.) and guidance to the understanding (OUnd.) – determined by the Balbinotti Cardoso Social Support of Coaches (EB-CSST-08), through the principles of factorial analysis and metric internal consistency. Participated in this study 572 athletes, ages ranging from 13 to 35 years old ( = 15,79±3,17). The results of the exploratory factorial analysis (explaining about of 59.18% of the total variance of the construct) and confirmatory (GFI = 0,96; AGFI = 0,93; SRMR = 0,05; χ2/gl = 2,40; CFI = 0,93) lead to the conclusion that the model tested satisfactorily confirmed the existence of two dimensions.
