Abstract
Palabras clave: pragmaticas de la nacion, colonialidad del genero, subalternidad, visualidad, complejo pedagogico This paper is a discourse analysis of the cases of Jacinta Francisco Marcial, Teresa Gonzalez and Alberta Alcantara, three Otomi women accused of kidnapping six federal agents. This study shows the series of events that ultimately led the Procuraduria General de la Republica (Mexico’s Attorney-General’s Office) to implement restorative justice measures in 2017 through public apology. It also looks into the conditions of enunciation and visibility prompted by the Mexican government, particularly about how they reinforce or challenge the subordinate position of indigenous women. Finally, this essay reflects upon the necessary conditions to move towards a restitutive State from a decolonial perspective. Keywords: pragmatics of the nation, gender coloniality, subalternity, visibility, pedagogical complex

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
