De plus en plus de démarches alliant recherche et formation sont offertes aux enseignants qui ont \ndéjà une expertise professionnelle, misant sur leurs savoirs en contexte (Schön, 1983), en relative \nrupture avec des modèles plus applicationnistes. Or, même si elles reposent sur la complémentarité \ndes expertises entre chercheur et professionnels, il n’est pas toujours évident que les enseignants \nacceptent ce type de contrat collaboratif : leurs enjeux et intérêts ne convergent pas toujours avec \nceux du chercheur, et les rapports dissymétriques dus aux différences de capital symbolique mettent \nà mal ce type de démarche. Ce sont les dynamiques d’ajustement entre ces deux communautés que \nnous souhaitons ici examiner, sous l'angle spécifique des tensions inhérentes au volet \nd’accompagnement au développement professionnel. Pour ce faire, nous prendrons appui sur deux \nrecherches collaboratives ayant porté sur les manières de faire l’évaluation formative d'enseignants : \nl’une conduite au Sénégal auprès de 14 enseignants de français œuvrant dans un lycée, l’autre au \nQuébec auprès de 10 enseignantes du primaire. À partir de l’analyse d’entretiens de groupe conduits \nsur chacun de ces terrains, nous examinons les tensions qui émergent de la négociation des « positions \nde savoir » (Darré, 1999) entre le chercheur et les enseignants et posons un regard critique sur le type \nd’accompagnement au développement professionnel offert par ces démarches collaboratives.
