QUALIDADE DE VIDA E BEM ESTAR SUBJETIVO DE DOCENTES DE UMA UNIVERSIDADE PUBLICA.

Abstract
O bem-estar subjetivo é um aspecto que pode incrementar a forma como o indivíduopercebe a si mesmo e a outras pessoas, resultando no vivenciar satisfatório desituações do dia a dia e também na forma de se relacionar com o outro. Quanto àqualidade de vida, entende-se poraspectos da individualidade e da subjetividade decada indivíduo com base no seu próprio julgamento pessoal. O objetivo desse estudofoi identificar os fatores intervenientes do bem-estar subjetivo e na qualidade de vidados docentes de ensino superior que trabalham no campus de uma universidade doNorte de Minas. A amostra foi composta de 22 docentes efetivos, designados eatuantes no 1° semestre de 2017. Foram utilizados t rês questionários na mensuraçãodas variáveis que constituem o objeto de estudo: um questionário estruturado paraavaliar as variáveis independentes e dois específicos para a análise das variáveisdependentes (O Development of the Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale ofHappiness e o Questionário de Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho). Como procedimentoestatístico, utilizou-se a análise descritiva dos dados através do N, porcentagem,média, desvio-padrão, significância e Análise de Variância. O nível de significânciaadotado foi p≤0,05. Os resultados evidenciaram que existe relação significativa para osafetos positivos no tempo docente no segundo cargo (p=0,04); afetos negativos quantoao turno de trabalho (p=0,02); e nas experiências negativas no vínculo de trabalhosegundo cargo (p=0,05), jornada trabalho segundo cargo (p=0,05), tempo docente noensino superior (p=0,05) e turno de trabalho (p=0,05). Já na qualidade de vidaobservou-se relevância significante estatisticamente para o domínio físico, no vínculoinstituição superior primeiro cargo (p=0,03) e na jornada trabalho superior primeirocargo (p=0,02); domínio no meio ambiente jornada trabalho segundo cargo (p=0,04); eo domínio social jornada trabalho segundo cargo (p=0,04) e instituição ensino superiorsegundo cargo (p=0,02). Conclui-se que de uma forma geral os professores destapesquisa possuem um bem-estar subjetivo geral positivo e boa qualidade de vida regular.
