Profitant de l’occasion offerte par la refonte de son code d’éthique destiné aux employés, le Centre d’éthique du CISSS de Laval a décidé d’établir un partenariat avec des chercheurs de l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), afin de travailler au renforcement de sa culture éthique organisationnelle. L’équipe de recherche a ainsi réalisé un examen rigoureux des processus communicationnels internes pouvant assurer, chez les employés, une meilleure appropriation du contenu de ce nouveau code d’éthique. Ce rapport décrit les résultats de la démarche scientifique entreprise par les chercheurs de l’UQAM afin de proposer au CISSS de Laval des stratégies qui élargiront la portée du nouveau code et enrichiront la culture de l’organisation en matière d’éthique. \n \nLa recherche comportait deux grands volets : l’un quantitatif et l’autre qualitatif. L’utilisation d’une approche méthodologique mixte visait à produire un portrait plus complet de l’efficacité des stratégies de communication pouvant favoriser l’appropriation du contenu du code d’éthique. La première partie du rapport introduit le contexte et la problématique de la recherche. La deuxième partie décrit le volet quantitatif. La troisième partie expose le volet qualitatif. Le rapport se termine par une série de recommandations découlant de l’analyse des résultats de la recherche, ainsi que par une liste de références bibliographiques.
