Il y a quinze ans deja, le World Trade Center et le Pentagone etaient la cible d'une attaque terroriste dont le monde subit toujours les consequences. Apres avoir lance la lutte contre Al-qaida et les talibans, renverse le regime de Saddam Hussein et tue Oussama ben Laden, les Etats-Unis restent engages dans une guerre tous azimuts contre le terrorisme. Les attentats de Charlie Hebdo et du 13 novembre 2015 a Paris, ou encore ceux d'octobre 2014 a Ottawa et Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, ont par ailleurs incite des pays comme la France et le Canada a en faire plus pour prevenir de tels evenements. Quinze ans apres le 11 septembre 2001, de quelle maniere le terrorisme a-t-il evolue dans le monde? Est-il aussi menacant qu'on le croit? Justifie-t-il de vivre dans un etat d'alerte, d'exception et de guerre permanent?
