La réflexivité, une soft skill du manager de demain ? La littérature académique semble le plébisciter, mais avoir des managers réflexifs nécessite une implication de l’entreprise pour qu’elle favorise, organise et légitime la réflexivité. D’autant plus que les managers ne sont pas forcément tous formés à la réflexivité pendant leurs études. En effet, le système éducatif semble privilégier plutôt le développement des compétences dures, alors que l’entreprise devrait s’intéresser de plus en plus au développement des compétences douces, qui sont les infrastructures de la qualité, de l’efficacité du management et potentiellement le levier d’une nouvelle manière de fonctionner dans les organisations. Mais qu’en est-il vraiment ? Avons-nous des managers réflexifs dans nos entreprises ? Celles-ci encouragent-elles la réflexivité de leurs managers ? Est-ce une compétence valorisée et reconnue ? Cet article se propose de témoigner de rencontres avec des Directeurs des Ressources Humaines (DRH) et de partager leurs points de vue sur le sujet afin de mieux définir le chemin à parcourir quant à la promotion de la réflexivité managériale dans les entreprises.
