Abstract
Darbā autore aplūko un analizē darba ņēmēju darbā norīkošanas tiesisko regulējumu Eiropas Savienībā, vienlaikus konstatējot aktuālās problēmas tā piemērošanā.\nDarba pirmajā nodaļā apskatītas divas no Eiropas Savienības pamatbrīvībām, proti, brīva personu pārvietošanās un brīva pakalpojumu aprite. Ņemot vērā darba specifiku autore uzmanību veltījusi darba ņēmēju brīvai kustībai un brīvai pakalpojumu apritei, kā arī analizējusi „darba ņēmēja” jēdzienu.\nDarba otrā nodaļa veltīta „Eiropas sociālajam modelim” un šajā nodaļā autore vēlējusies noskaidrot, vai pastāv visai Eiropai kopīgs sociālais modelis, vai tomēr vēl joprojām dominē nacionālo valstu dažādie sociālie modeļi. Nodaļas turpinājumā skaidrota sociālā modeļa mijiedarbība ar darba ņēmēju darbā norīkošanas praksi.\nTrešajā daļā autore ļoti detalizēti analizē Direktīvu Nr.96/71/EK par darba ņēmēju norīkošanu darbā. Autore veltījusi uzmanību darbā norīkotajiem darba ņēmējiem piemērojamai likumdošanai, skaidrojusi minētās Direktīvas izdošanas nepieciešamību. Analizēta gan direktīvas darbības joma, gan darbā norīkotajiem daba ņēmējiem piemērojami noteikumi un nosacījumi. \nCeturtajā darba nodaļā autore pēta Eiropas Kopienu Tiesas judikatūru, kas saistīta darba ņēmēju darbā norīkošanas jautājumu, īpašu uzmanību veltot arī pēdējā laikā aktuālajai Laval un partneri lietai.
