Abstract
Apres avoir publie Les Chroniques d'une fille indigne. J'ai vraiment des parents de base, Caroline Allard a ferme le dossier, certaine que sa fille Lalie, en grandissant, troquerait son esprit fantasque pour devenir serieuse et rangee comme sa mere. Mais non! A peine le premier tome publie, notre energumene d'heroine en rajoutait une couche. Multipliant les mots d'esprit tordus et les situations saugrenues dans lesquelles elle evolue avec un naturel deconcertant, Lalie lui a inspire un tome 2. Toujours delicieusement mises en images par Francis Desharnais, ses nouvelles frasques sauront rendre ses nombreux fans, jeunes et moins jeunes, affreusement heureux. En 2007, Caroline Allard publie un recueil de textes intitule Les Chroniques d'une mere indigne. Portees par un succes critique et populaire, ces chroniques seront adaptees en webserie par Radio-Canada. S'aventurant ensuite dans le roman, le livre illustre et la BD, l'auteure ne cesse pas pour autant d'exploiter ses enfants. Ce nouveau livre en constitue la preuve. Francis Desharnais dessine depuis qu'il a l'âge de Lalie. Comme cela faisait de lui un enfant tres sage, il prend maintenant sa revanche sur l'humanite en dessinant Les Chroniques d'une fille indigne. On lui doit avant cela Burquette (Mecanique generale) et La guerre des arts (editions Pow Pow).
