Abstract
У статті надано характеристику адміністративної діяльності патрульних служб поліції Великобританії, Канади, США та Франції.Висвітлено окремі напрями діяльності патрульних служб указаних країн з охорони громадського порядку, забезпечення громадської безпеки та боротьби зі злочинністю з урахуванням правових основ діяльності, території обслуговування, нормування службового часу та структурної специфіки підрозділів. Ключові слова:адміністративна діяльність; патрульна служба; правопорушення; боротьба зі злочинами; громадський порядок; громадська безпека; профілактика правопорушень Постановка проблеми.Реформування поліції, що відбувається в Україні, вимагає перебудови й значного підвищення рівня ефективності та якості діяльності вказаного правоохоронного органу.У першу чергу ці вимоги стосуються патрульної поліції -найчисельнішого загону правоохоронців, що безпосередньо виконує завдання з охорони громадського порядку, забезпечення громадської безпеки та боротьби зі злочинністю.Успішне виконання цих завдань неможливе без урахування кращих зразків досвіду адміністративної діяльності таких зарубіжних «флагманів», як Великобританія, Канада, США та Франція.Аналіз останніх досліджень та публікацій.Характеристиці адміністративної діяльності присвячено ряд праць як вітчизняних, так і зарубіжних науковців, а саме: Б.
