P2987Subgroup differences and determinants of patient-reported mental and physical health at hospital discharge among patients with ischemic heart disease: results from the DenHeart study
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Background/Introduction: Improved survival has resulted in a growing population of people living with ischemic heart disease (IHD). Screening tools to identify patients at risk and treatment modalities to prevent or reduce the burden of disease are ever in demand. Large scale studies exploring subgroup outcomes and determinants for patients' self-reported mental and physical health are lacking. Purpose: (i) To describe patient-reported outcomes (PROs) at hospital-discharge across three diagnostic IHD sub-groups; chronic ischemic heart disease/stable angina (IHD/AP), non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction/unstable angina (NSTEMI/UAP) and ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), and (ii) to examine determinants among demographic-, clinical- and self-report health behavior characteristics for PROs at hospital discharge in patients with IHD. Methods: A national cross-sectional survey with register-data linkage was conducted. A total of 13,825 adults with IHD were discharged from a Danish Heart Center April 2013 to April 2014. Eligible patients (n=13,517) were invited to complete a questionnaire and 7,179 (53%) responded (Figure 1). Questionnaires included Health survey short form - 12 items (SF-12), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), EuroQoL - 5 dimensions (EQ-5D), HeartQoL and Edmonton Symptom Assessment Scale (ESAS) as well as ancillary questions on health behavior i.e. concerning smoking and alcohol consumption. Clinical and demographic characteristics for the total population were obtained from registries. Comparative analyses investigated differences in PROs across diagnostic sub-groups and regression analyses explored potential determinants for PROs. All analyses were adjusted for sex, age, marital status and co-morbidity.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
