O artigo apresenta uma análise quantitativa da influência do ofuscamento refletido da interface do tablet, em interação com a iluminação do ambiente, sobre a atividade visual e cinemática dos movimentos da cabeça em busca de uma melhor visualização. Os resultados não demonstraram efeitos significativos do ofuscamento sobre as variáveis estudadas, o que se contrapõe ao referencial bibliográfico, estritamente oriundo de pesquisas não quantitativas. Aspectos relevantes de estudo são: a abordagem sobre problemáticas ergonômicas importantes e pouco estudadas; a aplicação de equipamentos sofisticados e integrados (eye tracker e head tracker) sob uma nova perspectiva de pesquisa; e o desenvolvimento de um método quantitativo para a análise das questões propostas pelo estudo.
