Rare-Earth Gallium Antimonides La13Ga8Sb21 and <i>RE</i>12Ga4Sb23 (<i>RE</i> = La−Nd, Sm): Linking Sb Ribbons by Ga6-Rings or Ga2-Pairs
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The ternary rare-earth gallium antimonides La 13 Ga 8 Sb 21 and RE 12 Ga 4 Sb 23 ( RE = La−Nd, Sm) have been synthesized through reaction of the elements. The structures of La 13 Ga 8 Sb 21 (hexagonal, space group - P 6/ mmm, Z = 1, a = 17.657(2) Å, c = 4.3378(7) Å) and Pr 12 Ga 4 Sb 23 (orthorhombic, space group - Immm, Z = 2, a = 4.2612(3) Å, b = 19.4070(13) Å, c = 26.3972(18) Å) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both structures contain groupings of RE 6 trigonal prisms that extend as columns through sharing of the triangular faces. Isolated trigonal planar GaSb 3 units result from centering adjacent trigonal prisms by Ga or Sb atoms. Channels outlined by Sb square ribbons linked through Ga−Ga bonding enclose the triangular assemblies of trigonal prisms. The Ga−Ga bonding is manifested as Ga 6 -rings in La 13 Ga 8 Sb 21 but as Ga 2 -pairs in Pr 12 Ga 4 Sb 23 . Structural relationships are described between La 13 Ga 8 Sb 21 and Ba 0.8 Hf 12 As 17.7, and between Pr 12 Ga 4 Sb 23 and La 6 MnSb 15 .

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
