L'objectif de cette etude est l'elaboration d'une grille d'analyse du langage ecrit des personnes atteintes d'une demence de type Alzheimer (DTA) a partir d'une image complexe tiree de la Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination (BDAE) afin de pouvoir orienter la prise en charge orthophonique au niveau du langage ecrit de la meilleure facon qu'il soit. Cette etude s'appuie sur la passation d'epreuves aupres de deux groupes : un groupe temoins de 11 personnes et un groupe patients de 10 personnes. L'experimentation s'est deroulee en trois temps : la passation du Mini Mental State (MMS) afin d'avoir une idee de l'atteinte cognitive des patients et de s'assurer que les personnes temoins presentaient des facultes cognitives suffisantes pour cette etude, la passation du protocole du Montreal-Toulouse (MT86) afin d'explorer les capacites du langage oral et du langage ecrit, en reception et en production et enfin, la tâche principale de cette etude, qui est la description ecrite de l'image du Voleur de biscuits de la BDAE, presentee soit en noir et blanc, soit en couleur. Cependant, au terme de ce travail, seules des pistes de reflexion sur la prise en charge du langage ecrit ont ete formulees car aux vues des resultats et du nombre de patients trop peu important, la creation d'une grille d'analyse du langage ecrit n'a pu etre envisagee.
