Abstract
Results | A total of 60 consecutive patients (32 men [67%]; mean [SD] age, 62.1 [13.1] years) were enrolled in the study, and after exclusion of those who withdrew consent (n = 4), did not attend DOT (n = 4), or missed subsequent ABPM (n = 4), 48 participants completed this study for the primary outcome and 46 for the secondary outcome. Baseline characteristics are reported in Table After DOT, daytime systolic BP remained 135 mm Hg or greater in 34 of 48 patients (71%) who experienced a mean (SD) decrease in systolic BP of 3 (10) mm Hg. In contrast, in 14 participants (29%), treatment-resistant hypertension resolved and systolic BP decreased by 26 (20) mm Hg (Table This proportion was similar at 1 month in 14 of 46 patients (30%) who no longer had treatment-resistant hypertension.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
