Abstract
"O presente estudo teve por objetivo verificar os níveis de adaptabilidade de carreira de estudantes de pós-graduação stricto sensu em função de variáveis sociodemográficas e acadêmicas. A amostra foi composta por 645 estudantes, sendo a maioria do sexo feminino (72,9%), com idades entre 21 e 56 anos. Foi aplicado um questionário desenvolvido para esta pesquisa que buscou levantar informações pessoais e acadêmicas e, a Escala de Adaptabilidade de Carreira ( Career Adapt-Abilities Scale – CAAS). Os resultados mostraram que os estudantes que se disseram mais satisfeitos em estarem cursando uma pós-graduação também apresentaram maiores pontuações nas dimensões da adaptabilidade de carreira, o que pode indicar que eles tendem a lidarem melhor com as possíveis transições de carreira."
