Abstract
La Radiothérapie Conformationnelle par Modulation d'Intensité (RCMI) est une technique de traitement des cancers relativement récente et performante, utilisée principalement pour les traitements de la prostate et de la sphère ORL. Néanmoins, l'un des freins importants au développement de cette technique, est le temps à consacrer aux contrôles qualité de prétraitement. L'idée de réduire les contrôles qualité lorsqu'une expérience suffisante de la technique a été atteinte, a souvent été abordée, mais aucune recommandation n'a à ce jour, été établie. Le but de cette étude est d'utiliser la Maîtrise Statistique des Processus (MSP) pour évaluer puis améliorer si nécessaire, la performance de nos processus de traitement actuels pour la prostate et l'ORL, et enfin de déterminer, dans le cas où les processus seraient capables et sous-contrôle au sens statistique, s'il est possible de réduire les contrôles donc d'optimiser le ratio bénéfice/risques lors de l'utilisation d'un matériel coûteux.
