Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

To establish the normal range of the reference range of thickness of Qinghai plateau singletons Tibetan fetal neck transparent layer (nuchal translucency, NT). To choose 412 cases of singletons Tibetan pregnant women who check NT by ultrasound during October 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital, and alive in Qinghai south region (altitude more than 3500 meters), aged 19 to 35 years old, average age 25 ±2, 11 ∼ 13 weeks gestational age, fetal head hip between 45 and 84 mm long, pregnant women weight 50 ∼ 65 kilograms, and give them prenatal ultrasound examination to measure thickness of the transparent layer of fetal neck. The normal range of the reference range of thickness (95% CI) of fetal neck transparent layer (nuchal translucency, NT) included in the study of Qinghai plateau singletons Tibetan is 1.1 ∼ 3.1 mm, Tibetan fetal NT median thickness is 2.1 mm. The normal range of the reference range of thickness (95% CI) of neck transparent layer (nuchal translucency, NT) of Qinghai plateau singletons Tibetan fetal is 1.1 ∼ 3.1 mm, it can be referenced by clinical doctors and inspectors.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
