Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Four cases of chorioangiomas (ChA) diagnosed at the 20-week scan were followed with serial ultrasounds, and progressed from 2-5 cm to a maximum of 8-11 cm. Case 1: Polyhydramnios developed at 28+6 weeks (w) with short cervix and a normal middle cerebral artery peak systolic velocity (MCA PSV). Amnioreduction was performed with subsequent preterm labour and an emergency Caesarean section for malpresentation. The female baby weighed 1450 g with an Apgar of 5-7 and mild anemia (cord hemoglobin (Hgb): 99 g/L). Case 2: MCA PSV increased up to 1.5 MoM at 32 +4 w and remained stable with reassuring fetal wellbeing up to the Caesarean section at 34+2 w, with delivery of a 2530 g male baby with an Apgar of 3-5-7 and mild anemia (cord Hgb: 98 g/L). Case 3: Progressing polyhydramnios with a max ACM PSV of 1.53 MoM at 32 w and development of a pulsatile umbilical vein the next day. Emergent C-section was done because of the modified fetal hemodynamic state. The male baby weighed 1785g with an Apgar of 4-6-9 and no anemia (cord Hgb: 134 g/L). Case 4: MCA PSV was normal throughout pregnancy, but a deeper Doppler A wave of the ductus venosus with on/off umbilical vein pulsatility was noted between 30 and 34 +6/7w, without signs of cardiac failure. A 2600 g female baby was delivered by C-section at 35+4 w, with an Apgar of 8-8 and mild anemia (cord Hgb: 114 g/L). Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
