Profiler PCR Arrays (Qiagen) for cell cycle regulation, growth factors, inflammatory cytokines and receptors, and inflammatory response and autoimmunity were used to investigate the gene expression (84 genes in each array) of targets involved in these select cellular pathways in the colon mucosae from AOM-treated F344 rats.
