Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh brand awareness (kesadaran merek) pada peserta BPJS/JKN di wilayah Kabupaten Jayawijaya. Penelitian ini adalah penilitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan sampel sebanyak 168 orang peserta BPJS Kesehatan diwilayah Kabupaten Jayawijaya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan program Structural Equation Model(SEM) AMOS V.21 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personal selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ( cr =2,883: p =0,040:), personal selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness ( cr =3.948: p =0,000:), brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ( cr =4,029: p =0,000:) dan personal selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui brand awareness ( cr =2.925: p =0,003:)  Kata Kunci: Personal Selling ,  Brand Awareness, Keputusan Pembelian dan Structural Equation Model
