La presente investigacion se realizo tomando como poblacion al quinto ano de la carrera Licenciatura en Turismo de la Universidad de Ciego de Avila Maximo Gomez Baez, tuvo como objetivo el de perfeccionar el proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje del idioma frances. La experiencia de la practica pedagogica y la observacion directa al proceso evidencio dificultades en los estudiantes en la expresion oral, una de las causas identificadas de esta problematica esta relacionada con el pobre uso de los conectores cuya funcion consiste en relacionar sintactica y semanticamente dos signos (frases, palabras, clausulas, oraciones). Una revision realizada al programa de la asignatura Frances I y al metodo utilizado Vacances cubaines arrojo que el trabajo con los conectores es de forma general limitado. Los empleados son utilizados una y otra vez provocando pobreza en la comunicacion y dificultades en la fluidez del idioma. Para mejorar en ese aspecto se incremento el numero de los conectores a utilizar en clase y se crecio no solo en cantidad y variedad, sino tambien que se logro un mayor desarrollo en la habilidad de la expresion oral
