Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A research on the Cu(II) toxicity to Chaetoceros sp. and its effect on chlorophyll-a had been conducted. This research was conducted to find out IC50 value of Cu(II) on Chaetocheros sp., the exposure effect of Cu(II) on the growth and the morphology respons of its cells, and to find out the toxicant effect on the amount of chlorophyll-a. This research was conducted through several steps i.e: Cu(II) toxicity test based on standard method from Asean Canada Cooperative Program on Marine Science (ACCPMS), photo microscopic was used to see the morphology respons and chlorophyll-a test using Flourometer Turner Trilogy type AU-10. The result showed that IC50 of Cu(II) on the microalgae Chaetoceros sp. is 30.25 ug L-1. The exposure of Cu(II) hampered the growth of microalgae Chaetoceros sp. The increasing of inhbition cell is proportional with the increasing of Cu(II) concentration. The exposure of Cu(II) caused deformation on the microalgae cell wall and caused the setae to sheer off. The amount of chlorophyll-a microalgae Chaetoceros sp. decreases as the exposed concentration of Cu(II) is raised.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
