Desde 2014, a professora Corina Borri-Anadon (Universidade do Quebeque em Trois Rivieres, UQTR) desenvolve, junto com sua colega de departamento Sylvie Ouellet e em parceria com o Centre d’Education des Premieres Nations (Centro de educacao das primeiras nacoes - CEPN), um curso de formacao de professores que trabalham em escolas indigenas. Entre julho e outubro de 2019 ela foi professora visitante em quatro universidade publicas brasileiras. Esta entrevista objetiva apresentar uma reflexao sobre a extensao universitaria a partir destas experiencias. Primeiramente e apresentado o olhar da pesquisadora visitante sobre as atividades de extensao das quais ela participou. Disto segue um dialogo sobre possiveis paralelos entre as abordagens de services a la collectivite no Quebec e a extensao universitaria no Brasil. O relato de uma experiencia na area de formacao de professores de escolas indigenas permite abordar as tensoes que caracterizam as praticas de extensao no contexto de uma universidade situada em territorio indigena reivindicado. Por fim, e feita uma analise critica sobre como a extensao universitaria vem sendo realizada em um contexto crescentemente marcado por uma logica gerencialista.
