Abstract
ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengawasan di pelabuhan perlu dilakukan untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara nilai/biaya lingkungan dan manfaat ekonomi serta masyarakat yang ada di sekitar pelabuhan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen pengendalian vektor dan binatang penular penyakit di wilayah Kerja Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kalianget Sumenep.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil penerapan fungsi manajemen pengawasan dalam kegiatan pengendalian vektor dan binatang penular penyakit di di wilayah kerja Kantor Kesehatan Kerja Kalianget adalah baik yaitu sebesar 67,8%. Adapun presentase pada masing-masing komponen yaitu fungsi perencanaan dengan persentase sebasar 83,3%, fungsi pengorganisasian dengan persentase sebesar 50%, fungsi pelaksanaan dengan persentase 72,7%, dan fungsi pengawasan dengan persentase sebesar 55,6%.Disarankan perlu Menyusun jadwal kegiatan secara rinci untuk kegiatan pengendalian vektor dan binatang penular penyakit yang meliputi, rincian kegiatan,, lokasi pelaksanaan, waktu pelaksanaan, petugas pelaksana, peralatan dan biaya yang dibutuhkan.
