Con el interés de optimizar los procesos de la información, asociados al tratamiento de los pacientes y solucionar las insuficiencias de los procedimientos incorrectos y los modos de gestión que imposibilitaban un servicio pleno de atención a los pacientes. Los procesos de gestión que se maneja dentro de la clínica son llevados de manera dinámica e interactiva. El sistema es multiplataforma, y su utilización es mediante un dominio previamente definido por las personas autorizadas, la seguridad y privacidad de la información está a cargo de cada miembro de la clínica ya que posee un usuario y clave para su ingreso. Los registros de datos estarán compuestos de la siguiente manera como: Medico, paciente, enfermeras, especializaciones del médico, registro de exámenes, medicamentos, historial del paciente y horarios para revisión del paciente. En la presente investigación se especifica cómo implementar un aplicativo móvil que permite gestionar el proceso de fichas médicas del paciente en la clínica Santa Cecilia dentro del departamento de tecnologías. Se aplicó la encuesta con el propósito de determinar si es factible la implementación del aplicativo móvil. La metodología utilizada fue la Mobile-D debido a que esta se ajusta al proyecto de desarrollo ágil con sus fases respectivas. Como resultado se puede especificar que el aplicativo móvil fue favorable para un mejor proceso del manejo de la información dentro de la clínica.
