Abstract
Objetivo: Descrever a dinâmica familiar e a rede social de apoio de famílias de crianças comnecessidades especiais de cuidados múltiplos, complexos e contínuos.Método: Estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa, realizado em Maringá – PR, tendo comoreferencial teórico e metodológico o Modelo Calgary de Avaliação da Família (MCAF). Dadoscoletados mediante entrevistas semiestruturadas audiogravadas, realizadas nos domicílios, junto a 11cuidadores familiares de 13 crianças.Resultados: Os dados estão apresentados nas categorias: Avaliação estrutural, de desenvolvimento efuncional, as quais mostram as mudanças na rotina familiar e as necessidades de readequação dospapéis de seus membros, para melhor implementação do cuidado no domicílio.Conclusões: A utilização do MCAF possibilitou identificar e compreender a composição, fragilidadese potencialidades da família, bem como relações entre seus membros e rearranjos ocorridos paramelhor viabilizar o cuidado no domicílio. Informações estas que favorecem intervenções congruentescom as necessidades dessas famílias.Palavras-chave: Saúde da criança. Rede social. Enfermagem familiar. Relações familiares.
