В классической лемме Фату утверждается, что нижний предел последовательности интегралов функций больше или равен интегралу от нижнего предела. Известно, что лемма Фату для последовательности слабо сходящихся мер устанавливает более слабое неравенство, поскольку интеграл от нижнего предела заменяется на интеграл от нижнего предела по двум параметрам, где второй параметр является аргументом функции. В данной статье приводятся достаточные условия справедливости леммы Фату в ее классической форме для последовательности слабо сходящихся мер. Функции могут принимать как положительные, так и отрицательные значения. В статье также приводятся аналогичные результаты для сильно сходящихся мер. Статья также содержит аналоги теорем Лебега и монотонной сходимости для последовательностей слабо и сильно сходящихся мер. Полученные результаты используются в доказательстве общих достаточных условий справедливости уравнений оптимальности для управляемых марковских процессов принятия решений с критерием средних издержек за единицу времени.
