HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DAN KEHARMONISAN KELUARGA DENGAN KREATIVITAS SISWA SMK

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dan keharmonisan keluarga dengan kreativitas siswa SMKN 1 Kalinyamatan Jepara jurusan Tata Busana tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI db XII SMKN 1 Kalinyamatan Jepara jurusan Tata Busana tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 yang terdiri dari 6 kelas berjumlah 200 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik quota random sampling yaitu 150 siswa. Alat pengumpul data adalah skala kreativitas, skala kepercayaan diri dan skala keharmonisan keluarga, ketiga skala tersebut menggunakan skala likert yang dimodifikasi menjadi 4 alternatif pilihan jawaban. Adapun metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regeresi dua predikator (regresi berganda). Hasil hipotesis mayor diperoleh rx12y = 0,622; p = 0,00 (p < 0,01) berarti ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan keharmonisan keluarga dengan kreativitas dengan sumbangan efektif 38,6%. Hipotesis minor pertama diperoleh rx1y = 0,592; p = 0,00 (p < 0,01) berarti adanya hubungan yang sangat signifikan kepercayaan diri dan kreativitas dengan sumbangan efektif 35,05%. Sedangkan hipotesis minor kedua diperoleh rx2y = 0,487; p = 0,00 (p < 0,01) berarti ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan keharmonisan keluarga dan kreativitas dengan sumbangan efektif 24%. Adapun kategorisasi kreativitas sebagai berikut; kategori sangat tinggi 5 siswa (3,33%), kategori tinggi 50 siswa (33,33%), dan kategori sedang 52 siswa (34,67%), kategori rendah 32 siswa (21,33), dan kategori sangat rendah 11 siswa (7,33%). Dari data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas siswa sebagian besar berada dalam kategori rendah sampai sedang yaitu 95 siswa (63%). Kategori kepercayaan diri: kategori sangat tinggi 1 siswa (0,67%), kategori tinggi 53 siswa (35,33%), kategori sedang 58 siswa (38,67%), kategori rendah 20 siswa (13,33), dan kategori sangat rendah 18 siswa (12%). Dari data tersebut menunjukkan tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa sebagian besar dalam kategori tinggi 53 siswa (35,33%), kategori sedang 58 siswa (38,67%). Kategorisasi keharmonisan keluarga sebagian besar dalam kategori tinggi 57 siswa (38,00%), kategori sedang 54 siswa (38%).
