L’arrivee du rituximab dans le traitement d’entretien du lymphome folliculaire a permis uneamelioration significative de la survie sans progression et a retarde les prochaines recidives.Depuis 2004, avec l’utilisation du rituximab en association a une chimiotherapie lesrecommandations ont evolue. Le rituximab est depuis 2006 autorise en traitement d’entretiendu lymphome folliculaire, d’abord pour les patients en rechute ou refractaire repondant a untraitement d’induction par chimiotherapie, puis en 2010, pour les patients non precedemmenttraites ayant repondu a un traitement d’induction.Nous avons realise une analyse descriptive de l’utilisation du rituximab dans le traitementd’entretien du lymphome non hodgkinien de type B chez l’adulte au CHU de Nancy sur lemodele du Programme de Gestion Therapeutique des Medicaments au Quebec (PGTM). Lacollecte de donnees a eu lieu entre le 31 juillet 2012 et le 1er aout 2013.Nous en avons conclu que le rituximab est correctement utilise (dose, schema posologique etduree du traitement). Ces resultats sont en accord avec ceux trouves par le PGTM.L’impact economique du rituximab en traitement d’entretien n’est pas negligeable. Il a pu etreevalue par son rendement cout-efficacite grâce a plusieurs etudes.
