Incidencia de resistencia a tratamiento convencional de Helicobacter pylori, en una población adulta de Cajamarca

Abstract
El presente estudio estuvo enfocado desde un punto de vista clinico de respuesta terapeutica a un tratamiento convencional de la infeccion de Helicobacter pylori. Fue un trabajo observacional, prospectivo de una muestra inicial de 65 pacientes con diagnostico de gastritis por endoscopia y biopsia con presencia de H. pylori, que acuden al servicio de gastroenterologia del “Hospital Regional Docente de Cajamarca” entre enero y noviembre del 2018, que concluyeron con solo 35 pacientes, sometidos al tratamiento convencional por 14 dias LAC (Lanzoprazol 30mg 30 minutos antes de desayuno – Amoxicilina 1 gr y Claritromicina 500 mg despues de desayuno y cena). Un mes despues, fueron evaluados con la prueba de Test de aliento de H. pylori verificandose el uso adecuado del tratamiento y la ausencia de IBP y antibioticos. Resultados: Se encontro una resistencia al tratamiento de un 20%, lo que es asumido como una resistencia a Claritromicina; estandares que son similares a la sociedad Chilena y superiores a paises mas desarrollados como Canada, USA o Europa, sin embargo inferiores a estadisticas de Lima que llegan a un 50 %. La edad promedio fue 34,2 anos, la mayoria mayores de 26 anos, a predominio femenino.
